1. Film Permits & Pre-Production Development

We handle government film permits with relevant ministries,

and lead creative idea development, story development,

and production budgeting from day one.

2. Crew Recruitment

We recruit above-the-line and below-the-line talent and crew, including

directors, actors, Directors of Photography, Production Designers,

Assistant Directors, SFX specialists, music composers, and general crew.

3. Storyboarding

We prepare traditional, digital, and animatic storyboards to align

every stakeholder on the visual plan before cameras roll.

4. Logistics & Operations

We manage location scouting & recce anywhere in Myanmar, casting, production

office setup, equipment and gear organization, set and props management,

production and finance management, and catering, transportation, and

accommodation for cast and crew.

5. Post-Production

Our in-house post-production covers offline and online editing,

music composing and production, VFX/CGI/motion graphics and animation,

and color grading.
